Refund Policy – Dulais
We aim to deliver high-quality laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care.
If you are unhappy with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your items.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:
• There is clear evidence of service failure
• An item was damaged due to our negligence
• An order was not completed as described

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect service selection (e.g., wash instead of dry clean)
• Unsuccessful stain removal
• Normal wear, shrinkage, fading, or colour transfer
• Missing items from wash–dry–fold, as items are not tagged individually
• Allergy reactions to detergents
• Orders cancelled after items have been collected

3. Assessment Process

If a refund is requested:
• The item may need to be inspected
• Age, condition, and care label will be considered
• Maximum compensation follows our standard Terms (£50 per item or fair value)
