1. Collection Windows
We will collect items at the time slot selected when booking.
You must ensure items are available at the agreed time.
If you miss a collection, a no-show fee may apply.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to return items within the stated turnaround time.
However, delays may occur due to:
• Weather
• Traffic
• Road closures
• Vehicle issues
• High order volumes
We are not responsible for consequential loss due to delay.
3. Missed Delivery
If you are not available during the agreed delivery window, we may:
• Attempt redelivery at a later time
• Charge a re-delivery fee
• Hold items until a new delivery slot is arranged
4. Service Areas
Collection & delivery are available only within our active service zones.
These may change periodically.
5. Safe Collection & Drop-Off Locations
You agree to:
• Provide a safe place for drivers
• Ensure clear access (e.g., property gates/codes)
• Inform us of special instructions
We are not liable for theft or loss if you instruct us to leave items in an unattended location.
